We had 3 appliances break down. The dishwasher sounded like a truck, the ice machine was leaking and the oven heating element cracked. We had all three repaired. He returned our calls quickly and asked us to explain each problem and give him the appliance model numbers. This way, he arrived with all the parts at the ready and we didn't have to schedule 2 different times to check out the appliances and then come back to fix them. He worked quickly, was happy to explain anything I asked about and got everything running in short order.

John repaired our washer and checked our dryer. He showed up on time. He did a quick fix to the washer. It worked immediately. He looked over our dryer to make sure it was working--and it was. He took good care of us. Thank you!

The belt on my dryer broke and needed to be replaced. It was short and sweet. He arrived on time and replaced the belt. He also checked the dryer vent, including going outside to make certain it was venting correctly. This, I believe, was above and beyond what I expected.

I tried many different companies during the storms, nobody could assist us, finally we found Mathews to assist us with our refrigerator. He has all the parts with him to fix our frig, and the relay switch that had burned out. He was prompt, prepared, and great to work with!
